Pilot, pass, play

Prove it on your own estate

Every claim on this site is reproducible on your documents before you commit to anything. A pilot takes a slice of your estate and returns your numbers: accuracy, tokens, storage.

What you need to bring

Three things, nothing more

  • A representative slice of documents (a few hundred pages is plenty)
  • The questions your teams actually ask of them
  • A view of current AI spend, or a provider bill export, for Forecast

Nothing here is a commitment. The first conversation is scoping, and the pilot is fixed-fee so there are no surprises.

How a pilot runs

Four steps, then a decision that is yours

Step 1

Scope

We agree the slice: which documents, which questions, which models. Typically one document family and one team's workload.

Step 2

Decompose and measure

We decompose the slice, run the accuracy and token tests against your chosen models, and weigh the storage.

Step 3

Report

You receive a written report with every number, the method, and the zeroes. It is yours whatever you decide.

Step 4

Pass or play

If the numbers do not justify going further, you pass. If they do, we productionize in your environment.
