Meet the people responsible for delivery.
ETT brings together strategy, engineering and security expertise to help organizations adopt AI and automation. We work with your teams to define the opportunity, build the solution and establish how it will be operated.
How we deliver
Every engagement has a named ETT lead who is accountable for what is delivered. That person is in the room for the first conversation and stays with the work through delivery and handover.
We combine a core team with specialist associates and delivery partners, chosen for the requirement rather than to fill a bench. Where a partner contributes to your engagement, we tell you which parts they are delivering and who is accountable for them.
We are not a license reseller. Where a platform is the right answer we will implement it, and where a simpler or cheaper approach would serve you better we will say so.
- Strategy. Deciding which opportunity is worth building first, and what it would actually take to build it.
- Engineering. Building the workflow, integrating it with the systems you already run, and handing over something your team can operate.
- Security. Named security leadership for AI deployment, through our vCISO practice, from the first design conversation rather than the first audit.
- Infrastructure. Sizing and provisioning the environment a workload actually needs, with named providers and stated boundaries.
Four commitments that shape every engagement
We tell you when the answer is no
A recommendation not to proceed is a valid outcome of a stage, and a common one. It is cheaper for you than a pilot that was never going to scale, and we would rather say it early.
We measure against a baseline taken first
Measures are agreed before anything is built. A baseline taken after go-live is not a baseline, and released time is not reported as cash saved unless a cost line actually changed.
We design the failure path
What happens when a source is unavailable, a check fails or permission is denied is part of the design, not something discovered during the first incident.
We hand over something you can run
Runbooks, monitoring and a named internal owner. Ongoing support from ETT is a separate agreement with defined boundaries, not a dependency we leave you with by default.
What procurement will ask for
