Solutions

Start from the problem, not the service catalogue.

ETT works across strategy, automation, conversational AI, data, security and infrastructure. Which of those you need depends entirely on where the work is currently stuck.

The solutions

What each one delivers

The grouping is a navigation aid, not a sequence. Governance and data controls are considered from the start of every engagement.

How engagements are shaped

Small, measured, and allowed to stop.

Every engagement runs through the Acceleration Framework: a stage has a purpose, produces something, and ends in a decision. A recommendation not to proceed is a valid outcome, and you keep what has been produced up to that point.

  • Discovery. A scoped review that produces a prioritized use case, a baseline and a business case. Ends with a build-or-stop recommendation.
  • Proof of value. One real workflow, built and tested against criteria agreed before the work starts, with the findings including whatever did not work.
  • Delivery. Building and integrating the agreed solution, with the exception handling, documentation and handover to run it.
  • Advisory. Named security or delivery leadership over a period, with an agreed cadence and reporting. Scope and authority are set in the engagement letter.

Which process would you improve first?

Tell us where your teams are losing time, where service is under pressure or where an AI initiative has stalled. We’ll help you explore the opportunity and define a practical next step.
